I used motorized treadmill in health club for years and I think this works, it is probably better, because you must use the muscles more to keep the rhythm and balance. It is much more robust than I thought it would be for the price, remains in place during training. I used every day for a couple weeks and I am very satisfied. If you consume in a year or two, I’ll just throw it and buy another. I can go to 10 of these for the cost of 1 of the most expensive motorized and probably have much less maintenance problems. More…
