I use mainly to strengthen this support, when I do leg stretches on the floor immediately. I put the pillow for long on my leg straight and the legs and after a flat stretch leaning on my leg, I let my upper body resting on the increase, well supported and without effort. I use it as a pillow under my hips to the personal account from my hamstrings are tight and that allows me to bend deeper and different than without. I also lie on my stomach with the pillow under my hips and use it as an assist for the laying of the bow, and that works great and feels wonderful. More…
