This product to me is an alright product. I’ve been using it at 99 on the fourth level for the last 3 months. In order to get the washboard abs you are looking for you have to diet and exercise, which is something they fail to mention in the commercials. I work my midsection at a gym regularly and use the slendertone in between visits and I will say in my part that it does supplement the build up of core strength, and my abs are looking the best they have been in years.

I have not started using my belt yet but instead was just looking at purchasing replacements ahead of time. I noticed that on Amazon the 9 pad refill is $10 cheaper then the Slendertone website but you still have to ad shipping on the Amazon order because it’s 5 cents away from qualifying for the free shipping. If you order 18 pads then you certainly qualify for free shipping with a total of $49.90. But if you order 18 pads from Slendertone the price is only 9 cents more $49.99 with free shipping as well. Speaking for myself, I would rather by the product from the original creator instead of Amazon if the price is only 9 cents difference for 18 pads. Can’t wait to start using this to see how it works and will be back for a product review in a few weeks.

Didn’t buy these for myself, rather for my girlfriend, who has the belt these pads are used for. She swears by the belt and these pads are the exact replacement pads, so she was happy. As long as she’s happy, I’m happy, but since I didn’t try these out myself, I can not rate them any higher than 4 stars.

I bought these pads because they were a good deal and I didn’t want to order pads again as quickly. However, these pads seem to not stick as well to the belt as my old pads and my old pads provided a more comfortable buffer from the shock but overall the pads are manageable as long as you are careful when removing your belt and start at a lower intensity level.

I bought this Ab Rocket about a month ago, and for starters it was way to small for me because I am over 6 ft tall. For starters I had to try to rip the top plastic caps off and that took a while to do, then I had to try and find 2 wooden poles that would fit into the pipes so I can make the head rest higer up on the machine so that it would at least come some what close to the back of my head for support….and then after all of that, when it came to the tension in the 3 different sets of springs that they gave you, well lets just say that the springs that was suppost to be the hardest…well they did not really put any kind of hard tension at all on my workouts….but other then that, I guess the machine might do something to help lose your stomach…lol.

I ordered the Ab Rocket about 6 or 7 weeks ago. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. This device is good in assisting with sit-ups and leg lifts. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am still using it. I have lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks and no doubt the Ab Rocket is part of the reason, but I am also using the “Thigh Master” and hand weights, and doing my best to eat healthier. Another good thing is it does not take up a lot of space. If you already have strong stomach muscles and can do sit-ups without assistance I would see no reason to get this, but if you have allowed yourself to get out of shape like me, it is helpful. It is advertised that the rollers feel like a massage on your back and that the device will support your neck. For me, it does not feel like a massage (though it does provide support while still strengthening your stomach and lower back), and it does not provide neck support like I was hoping. I still recommend the product to the out of shape individual with weak stomach and back muscles.
