I bought this treadmill right at the new year. I agree with others that, 1) Inside delivery is important unless you have 2 other people to help you; 2)the fans are weak but ok; 3)the sound system is good enough but you can’t control the mp3 player through the machine which is a little inconvenient while running; 4)I find the unit very stable (I am 6ft, 190lbs and run for an hour at 7.3). My one negative is that I don’t think they do a good job of lubricating the belt/deck very well because there is black dust that accumulates on the floor behind the end of the treadmill. This is obviously from the friction caused from the belt scraping the deck. They do provide you with a tube of lubrication, but the instructions say that this is for future lubrication, not immediate application during initial set-up. The company told me that sometimes this happens when the treadmills sit in the warehouses for long periods before getting delivered, but even so, it seems like a pain that I am going to have to lube the deck myself since I just bought it. I haven’t done it yet, but hopefully it is an easy process. But even with that being said, I still think it is a really good treadmill that I would recommend to others. More…

These bottles are all my family uses. To the other reviewers who have posted that this bottle leaches chemicals, I would ask that they do a little research before posting. First, you should wash the bottles in your dishwasher or hot water before using, this is just common sense and will remove any plastic odor (though I have never noticed any). These bottles are made from LDPE#4, which according to multiple studies, does NOT leach toxic chemicals into your water. On the other hand, Lexan, ie Polycarbonate ie Nalgene bottles have been shown to leach Bisphenol-A or BPA into water. You can feel safe buying and drinking from these bottles made of FDA approved LDPE#4.

I ordered a Red, Polar, 24 ounce, Insulated Water Bottle for my young son to use during school, as it is not air conditioned and we have been having a major heatwave for a long time now. This product does EXACTLY what it advertises. After a six-hour day in stellar heat, the water is still cold and fresh. We have already washed it many times by hand and in the dishwasher and there is still no sign of wear and tear at all. My husband and I are going to order two for ourselves!

These polar bottles are great! I have had several of them for a couple years and they continue to perform very well. Cold drinks stay cold with just a little ice and hot drinks stay hot for hours. I would recommend them to anyone that does not like room temperature beverages. I have put mine in the dishwasher many times and it still works well. I have not had any problem with tasting a chemical taste as some people say they have experienced.

These water bottles do a nice job of keeping water cold, as advertised. They’re also easy to clean and a good size. My only complaint would be that the color of the bottles isn’t as strong as it appears in the picture because there’s an insulating layer between the colored foil and outside of the bottle, which is translucent white. So if you care that your water bottle is a bright color, that might bother you. Otherwise it’s a great product and the number of colors available is really nice.

Sigg Water Bottle Review
I’ve been lusting after an aluminum water bottle for quite some time, and finally got this SIGG. I am very pleased, so far. It comes to work with me every day. True to the descriptions, your water will taste neutral after being in this bottle. I have not tried storing any other liquid in it, however, and so cannot testify to its taste properties with juice or anything other than good old dihydrogen monoxide. I would recommend this bottle to anybody, however don’t go bashing it around like you can with a Lexan bottle. Aluminum can dent fairly easily, but that’s the price you pay for lightweight. SIGG Switzerland rocks!

These are really wonderful bottles. Great for kids and adults. They are reusable, very durable and help keep cold drinks cold and warm drinks warm. Instead of those cheap plastic bottles that make your water taste like the bottle, these add no taste or odor, due to a special lining. You save money because you can refill them and they will last for years. Great for kids sports games-there are so many unique designs, no confusing them with teammate’s drinks. Each member of our family has their own unique bottle. Great way to do your part for the environment by using less plastic and petroleum based products.

I bought one bottle for each of my family as an alternative to the plastic disposable bottles since we are trying to ‘go green’, and they’re great. We fill them up with filtered water from the fridge in the morning and are good to go for the day. They’re light weight (lighter than the Nalgene bottles), came in great designs and are easy to clean (no sign of algae on the bottom of the bottle yet!). And the water doesn’t taste plastic-ky after sitting in a hot car. They are on the expensive side, but I’ve already saved the money that i would have paid from buying the Poland Spring by the bottle.

This is an upscale designer water bottle, top of the line, and so much fun. The designs Of Sigg’s water bottles are gorgeous, from the plain, solid color bottles, to the ones with intricate designs. They are simply beautiful! I switched from regular plastic water bottles because of health concerns, thinking it would take more work to maintain. These do necessitate regular cleaning (I clean mine every day), but having something so beautiful to drink from makes the cleaning fun. Yes, all in a water bottle! Sigg of Switzerland water bottles are very high quality, made of light aluminum on the outside, slightly insulated, and covered with a special powder coat on the inside that prevents any leaching whatsoever, unlike plastic and polycarbonate water bottles. They are light, durable, and perfect for any activity. Well water tastes spectacular in these bottles, just like from the tap. Sigg bottles come with several different types of tops. I bought the screw top because I don’t like sports tops, and I don’t mind unscrewing the top when I want a drink. It is totally leakproof, which is important to me. The top is pretty and can be hooked onto a carabiner. I get comments on it all the time, “What’s that? I love it!” The sports top version is ok; I just am not a fan, as I don’t feel like I can get enough water from the little stream from the sports top. However, for convenience, you might prefer it. For children, there is a cap-type top. All are leak-proof. If you are ever unsatisfied with the top, you can buy a screw top separately to fit your Sigg bottle.

Valeo Speed Jump Rope Review
I have to agree with the other reviewers here- it’s a great speed rope, but it’s not easily adjustable. You have to remove a cap, tie a knot around the ends, then slide it back in. Fortunately, I’m 6′1″, so I didn’t need to adjust the rope! Not long enough for people taller than 6′3″ in my opinion.

I haven’t owned a speed rope in years, so I am unable to compare/contrast this rope with others on the market. My only complaint is regarding the adjustment. In order to shorten the length, it looks like I’ll need a set of pliers to remove the metal collar that is crimped onto each end of the rope. Otherwise, the rope seems sound.

Yes, it’s a decent speed rope for the money and yes, it’s extremely frustrating to adjust. For me, the problem wasn’t so much in getting the metal cap off (easily done with a simple, sturdy flathead screwdriver pinned in the center of the tab) nor was it in actually adjusting the length of the rope. The problem was in getting the tab back in the handle. The cylindrical metal tab has to be snug in the handle lest it fly off during your excercise, but OH MYYY!!!, getting it back in requires an incredible and equal amount of pressure on all sides at the same time. I spent almost an hour before I finally got lucky and was able to push it back in. Good luck.

This product is amazing. I recently did 5 weeks of bootcamp and we used these resistance tubes every time for biceps, chest, back and shoulders. Its amazing how effective these are and all the time you are just using your body weight. You can make it as easy or as difficult as you want. I had to get them. The green one was a little too light for me and the blue one is a little too tight for a beginner woman. Best part is you can take this lightweight exercise gear anywhere you want and have a good muscle toning workout. Think you can google up the different exercises you can do with these. Plus for the price, it is so cheap, you dont even need to think twice.

I’ve worked out at home for years, but only recently have I begun incorporating exercise bands into my strength training. I’ve had a few flat-type bands that have wound up getting worn and snapped over time, so I wanted to invest in a higher-quality band. Happily, this SPRI tubing perfectly fit the bill WITHOUT breaking the band! This is a very sturdy, very versatile little piece of exercise equipment. You can use it to replace weights in your usual workouts, which allows you to work your muscles in some new and unique ways (refer to the included exercise chart for ideas). When at home, you can actually use the tubing WITH your weights to add greater resistance throughout the entire muscle movement, OR you can pack your tubing with you when traveling–so light and convenient! Finally, the included door attachment is easy to use and allows you to perform an even greater variety of exercises. I wasn’t sure which strength tubing to purchase, but I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser, and the medium (red) is perfect for me, as it is easy to adjust for either more or less resistance when needed. I started with the red bands and now use the blue for some exercises. I hava a frozen shoulder and had to find an alternative way to exercise since freeweights put too much of a load on my shoulder. I have gained more movement and the workout is better than PT. You can progress pretty quickly to the next color band for some exercises (bicep, chest and back). I will still use the bands even when I am able to return to using freeweights.

Klean Kanteen Review
We purchased 2 of these larger bottles, but needed a couple of the smaller ones for juice and such. These are a great size for what we needed, but the larger ones are better for holding water while out on hiking trips. No strange taste with these bottles, easy to clean with hot soapy water.

Kleen Kanteen has great products. We purchased the 27 oz and the 4O oz stainless steel water bottles. Both do excellent jobs. The 40 oz size is clumsy and hard to store and difficult to handle due to the biggness of the base. It saves a great deal of money and avoids many, many plastic bottles of water.

I bought two kleen kanteens (18/40 oz) to replace my two nalgene bottles (16/32 oz). I am very happy with the bottles. I mainly replaced the nalgenes because of the fuss about BPA (i have used nalgene with hot water). The kleen kanteens also have some other advantages:
-The biggest problem I had with nalgenes was smell. Despite my cleaning attempts the bad smell would return within a few days. The kleen kanteens clean up much better. I was able to get rid of a fishy smell and garlic smell fairly easily. I use bottles daily instead of cups for drinking water. If I need to wash the bottles as if they are cups, they aren’t worth the trouble.
-The other problem I had with nalgenes is the design of the screw top. I carried a small, wide mouth bottle in my backpack for school. Dirt and dust accumulated in between the bottom threads, which is an area that comes in contact with the mouth when drinking. Because the threads are so close and small, it was hard to clean. The kleen kanteens have huge threads on the inside of the bottle so this is not a problem (would be easy to clean anyway).

Klean Kanteen Stainless Steel Colored Water Bottles Review
Purchased the bottles at the beginning of December. Within the same month my whole family now has one. I am getting ready to order 2 more so my boyfriend has 2 and so would I. I would love to have one that I can leave on my desk and one that I have at home. Easy to clean (vinegar and baking soda and warm water) does not keep odors, fits in all cup holders, easy to bring anywhere. We all have the 27 oz. and find it to be the perfect size. I can not say enough good things about them. I too opted for Klean Kanteen vs. Sigg because of the lining they use in their bottles.

I order the 27 oz. bottle with the poly loop cap. I am more than happy with this product. I had a plastic bottle that was fine until I started hearing everything about BPA. Well since I can’t take glass to work or the gym I had to come up with something else. The stainless steel is great. Not only is it safe, but it naturally keeps the water cold for longer. The bottle is lightweight, but seems very sturdy. The wider mouth does take some getting use to when drinking, but it great when I filling it up from my Brita pitcher or putting in ice, and I have not yet experienced any leaking. I have filled the bottle up the night before and there has been no taste from the bottle when drinking the next day. Another plus was the ability to buy multiple caps. I have never been a fan of the sports cap, but it is a must at the gym when using a treadmill. I use the poly loop cap at work, that comes with the bottle, and bought the sports cap for $2.95 to use at the gym. I will definitely be buying the smaller bottles with the sippy top for my kids when the time comes.

This is a great product. I purchased this as a gift, but have one myself and it works well. The only downside to this product if you do not have the sport lid and you want to drink on the road, it’s hard to not spill the water due to larger opening.

This is just about the perfect water bottle. The polycarbonate is shatter proof, it holds three cups of liquid, and it has a built-in carry loop. The nozzle is easy to flip down with a built-in thumb tab, and the nozzle works by opening when you bite it. This makes the bottle pretty much leak-proof even when the nozzle is down, and since it is meant to be bitten, you don’t end up with ugly teeth marks on it. The included straw makes it convenient to use, but it can be used without the straw if you prefer to tip it. I also like the vivid translucent color (I got a blue one). The only thing that would make it better is if the straw went all the way to the bottom; it stops about 1/4 or 1/2 inch above the bottom.

Yes, I STILL love this bottle and purchased another (the BPA-free version). I was pleased to find that the straw in the new bottle does reach nearly the bottom of the bottle, so that annoyance has been corrected. If you already own the previous (BPA) version of this bottle, note that Camelbak makes the BPA-free bottle with a “classic cap” that can be swapped with your previous straw assembly (classic cap version is slightly cheaper but does not come in as many fun colors).

The bottle holds quite a bit of water (25 oz, 750mL). The bottle is leakproof. I like drinking from the straw – no tipping the bottle required. No unscrewing a cap, just flip up the valve and drink. I removed the flexible bite valve cover and just drink normally from the hard plastic straw piece since the bite valve seemed a little weird to me. I have had no problems with leaking with the valve cover removed – just flip down the valve when I am on the go and there is no leaking. The valve system seems very well designed. I generally sit the bottle on its side on the car seat or throw it in a bag with no leaking, just like a regular screw-cap bottle. The carry loop is nice – fits in your finger. It is easy to fill, with the wide mouth. It comes in lots of colors.
